David Reis

David Reis is an experimental physicist jointly appointed in Applied Physics and Photon Science at SLAC and is director of the Stanford PULSE Institute.  His group studies fundamental ultrafast and strong-field light-matter interactions in atomic systems, condensed matter and the vacuum.
